Day 6 of our trip

Jay is doing so good. He looks awesome. He is walking around the hospital floor with assistance and said he thought he could hear some noises out of his ear today. He still has the huge bandage on it and will still won't know about the hearing until the test, but he is doing amazing!

After we left the hospital we headed to Santa Monica to the famous Santa Monica Pier. The kids had a blast riding the rides on the pier.


We decided to eat some lunch and headed to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. It was so neat to see and eat there.

Tatum and I were the only ones that wanted to ride the ferris wheel on the pier.

This is the awesome cookie boquet that Jay received from my sister Lisa. She thought that the kids would enjoy eating the cookies as well!

Jay maybe able to get out of the hospital tomorrow, if not then for sure Monday. They said that he is doing very well for this type of surgery!
